SOFT's client located in Syracuse, NY is looking for a Data Analyst for a long term contract assignment.
Description:
Client is seeking a Data Analyst for the Third Party Licensing team, located in the Syracuse NY location. This position is under the general direction of the NY Third Party Licensing and Outdoor Lighting Manager and is responsible for supporting the Third party attachment application and licensing process. Responsible for the thorough understanding and consistent, non-discriminatory application and monitoring of 3rd Party Attachment policies and procedures, and information systems within client’s upstate New York (NMPC) jurisdiction including (but not limited to):
o Coordination with Customers on application life cycle and project status
o Understanding of Standards, Attachment Licenses, and Legislation
o Regulatory Reporting on 3rd Party Attachments
o Coordination with Design Engineering
o Management of Joint Ownership relationships with other pole owners
o Assisting in customer billing and associated revenue reconciliationDevelop and report on specific performance indicators to be established and communicated between all responsible organizations to address:o Workflow management reports
o Revenue Reconciliation
o Project budget, cost and schedule performance
o Application Lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management / Technology, or equivalent 1-3 years qualifying experience.
- Strong overall PC skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite; especially MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word. Experience with Access, Visio beneficial, but not essential.
