Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Automated Tester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Analysis Reports.
- Responsible for architecting, designing, and developing automated test scripts.
- Responsible for test planning, test documentation development, test execution, defects tracking, and test results reporting.
- Conduct different kinds of testing (manual, automated, functional, regression, performance).
- Escalate risks and issues related to test.
- Responsible for providing guidance to accomplish the goals and objectives of the test strategy for the program.
- Work with product functionals and develop test automations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with 4 years or more of applicable experience.
- Experience in application requirements, design, and testing required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with agile software delivery lifecycles, with particular emphasis on requirements analysis, design, and testing experience.
- UiPath Studio experience and experience with Pega, PeopleSoft, or web application testing preferred.
- Experience with UiPath Studio process or test automation development.
- Experience with UiPath Test Suite.
- Experience with Test Automation Framework.
- Experience with Automated Testing.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Testing.
- Experience with Web Testing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
- Able to develop strong client relationships.
