ASI Janitorial Floor Tech:
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Floor Technician to join our team. You must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license. The Janitorial Floor Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities and buildings, with a focus on floor maintenance. This role will involve using a variety of tools and equipment to strip, wax, buff, and polish floors, as well as performing other janitorial duties as required.
Must Have:
• Experience in janitorial floor maintenance work
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and other janitorial tools
• Familiar with various floors, such as carpet, VCT, and LVT
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
