We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health services and demonstrate expertise in various therapeutic modalities. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and team members.
Duties
- Supervise and support clinical staff in their therapeutic practices and professional development.
- Oversee Progress Notes for accuracy and quality of industry standards, and billing practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance clinical skills.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices within the clinical setting.
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss case management, treatment planning, and client progress.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to staff members, including individual and group supervision sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities and supervise adherence to documentation standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapy practices and their application in treatment.
- Understanding of psychopharmacology principles as they relate to mental health treatment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and staff alike.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
