Solace Meds is a leading cannabis company with multiple retail and cultivation locations in the Colorado area. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and passionate Dispensary Manager in the Wheat Ridge area. We have a professional and fun work environment and are excited about adding the right person to the team.
The Dispensary Manager is primarily responsible for the supervision of our Budtenders, Inventory and Cash Management. Additionally, the Dispensary Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. Experience is always a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
- Must understand basic computer functions and Microsoft Office and possess cash management skills.
- Excellent mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment in accordance with company standards
Physical & Job Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Job Type: Full-time- 40-45 Hours per week
Salary details: $25.29/Hour plus Bonus
