JOB TITLE : Processing and Packaging Manager DIVISION : El Blunto AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION : Directly reports to the Founder & CEO of Albert Einstone’s LLC Oversees the Processing and Packaging Technicians in the El Bunto Division JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee the El Blunto pre-roll production process to ensure product consistency and quality. Develop and implement SOPs for efficient and high-quality pre-roll production. Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant cannabis regulations and reporting requirements. Train staff on proper manufacturing techniques and safety procedures. Conduct quality checks, maintain a QMS, and address quality issues. Manage pre-roll packaging, including labeling, sealing, and boxing, ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance. Maintain detailed quality control records. Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper handling and storage of cannabis products. Support new manufacturing processes and technologies. Contribute to projects aimed at efficiency and cost reduction. Participate in cross-functional teams and support special events. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. Utilize inventory and quality control software. Use Metrc for product tracking. Collect and analyze data related to production processes and quality. Research best practices for cannabis manufacturing and packaging. Other duties and special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum of 21 years of age. Possess valid driver’s license or state ID. Metric experience required Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Must pass all required background checks. Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail Organizational and time management skills required Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Frequently move up to 30 pounds of equipment / materials / product (100 pounds with assistance) Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the groun May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods Powered by JazzHR
