Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries
- Providing solutions and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining customer call logs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently
- Providing feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
Required Skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
