• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and calls with partners, clients, and team me mbers.
• Field and prioritize email s and phone calls, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly.
• Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and reports.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and project timelines.
• Help manage various software tools and platforms, including CRM systems and project management tools.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Assist with creating training materials and managing internal communications.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the CEO and the company’s leadership team.
