We are seeking an experienced DevOps Linux System Engineer for an onsite role, please find the job descrpition below.
Job Title: DevOps Linux System Engineer
Location: Onsite California, USA
Duration: 2-Year Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux servers and infrastructure.

  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management tasks.

  • Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with development teams.

  • Ensure system security, availability, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

  • 8 years of experience in Linux System Administration and DevOps.

  • Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Exposure to infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).

  • Familiarity with networking and security concepts.
