- Provide essential behavioral support and guidance to students and staff in an elementary school environment.
- Supervise implementation staff, including RBTs and paraprofessionals, in the delivery of behavioral services.
- Support implementation staff in the delivery of behavioral services, providing training and workshops on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed.
