Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with students who require speech and language therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language development, and fluency skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet students' unique needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification.
- Experience working in school settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
