- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
- Provide short-term counseling and interventions to support student mental health
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student care
- Offer consultation services to school staff regarding psychological best practices
- Ensure compliance with state and school district regulations and policies
