Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs and strengths
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support student well-being and academic success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive behavioral support strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid credential or license to practice as a School Psychologist in California
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and special education laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff
