Job Opportunity:
A full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Clarksville, Arkansas. This position focuses primarily on an elementary caseload, requiring on-site presence due to specific grouping and the severity of student needs, ensuring tailored and effective intervention.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for students in K-12 grades, focusing primarily on elementary-age children.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
- Adjust therapy approaches to meet the demands of diverse and specific student groupings.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC_SLP)
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
