Sign Language Interpreter Opportunity

This role involves providing dedicated, one-on-one support to a student at a K-12 school in Cannon Falls, MN. The contract runs for the school year with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday and 35 to 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret communication between the student and classroom teachers, peers, and staff.
• Facilitate effective and accurate communication in academic and social settings.
• Support the student's access to curriculum and school activities through sign language interpretation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with educational staff to ensure appropriate accommodations are met.

Qualifications:

• EIPA Score of 4.0 or higher or RID/NAD Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years sign language experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Cannon Falls, MN (work primarily in a K-12 school setting)

Salary : $110,600 - $142,400
