We are seeking an experienced and qualified X-Ray Technologist to join our team at a medical facility in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work 12 hour shifts.
• Perform x-rays on patients as ordered by the physician.
• Operate x-ray equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Explain the x-ray procedure to patients and answer any questions they may have.
• Position patients for optimal imaging results.
• Develop and process x-ray films.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all x-ray procedures performed.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification.
• Current state license to practice as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional patient care.
• Knowledge of PACS and electronic medical records.
