Woodshop Laborer
Location: Norwalk, OH

Pay: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Woodshop Laborer to join our team at Solid Dimensions. This position involves working with woodworking tools and equipment to produce high-quality wood products. The ideal candidate will have experience with woodworking machinery and enjoy hands-on work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general woodshop duties, including cutting, sanding, and assembling wood components
• Operate and maintain woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, planers, and drills
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all production tasks
• Assist with staining, finishing, and other wood treatment processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and shop guidelines

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Basic woodworking experience, including the use of power tools and hand tools
• Proficiency in operating table saws, routers, planers, and other shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn additional skills such as spraying finishes and CNC operation
