Key Responsibilities
- Performing day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, A/P & A/R.
- Monitor financial performance on active projects and provide timely analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Creating, requesting, and tracking subcontractor/supplier lien waivers.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Produce weekly job cost reports and present findings to management.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting or general accounting degree preferred.
- Construction background preferred.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Adept in technology is a must.
Compensation & Benefits
This is an in-person, full-time role with salary range from $65k-$85k yearly.
