Job Description
Solis Applied Science is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Charlottesville, VA team supporting the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center’s Applied Remote Sensing Division. The candidate will work alongside the Program Manager to support operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drafting concise and accurate summaries of produced reports for publication and
dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for ordering materials, tracking shipments and deliveries, and accurately entering
received items into inventory management systems.
- Responsible for coordinating personnel throughout the deployment process, ensuring timely
communication, scheduling, and logistical support.
,Required Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its application to
government contracting processes and compliance requirements.
- Experienced in utilizing the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) to
manage and track deployment and operational status of personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Country Clearance process, including
the coordination and approval of travel and deployment requirements for personnel to foreign
countries in support of DoD missions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and
comfortable communicating directly with customers
- U.S. Citizen able to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management- Active TS/SCI security clearance
