- Remote Hybrid - Must be local to LA
- Rate: $35-45 per hour | depending on level of experience
- Manage and execute post-sale influencer campaigns, generating $1M–$3M in annual revenue across multiple clients.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for brand partners, building trusted relationships and providing strategic campaign counsel.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer execution — including sourcing, negotiating, content review, approvals, and publishing — ensuring deliverables meet brand expectations and KPIs.
- Respond to client requests, updates, and escalations with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify patterns and insights, and deliver actionable recommendations in wrap reports and ongoing communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, strategy) during pre-sale planning to ensure a seamless handoff and continuity in campaign execution.
- Participate in content and campaign planning sessions, providing market knowledge and influencer recommendations tailored to client goals.
- Support high-volume communications and project coordination, maintaining accuracy, speed, and clarity across all touchpoints.
- 3–4 years of client-facing experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Demonstrated success managing digital campaigns, with specific experience in influencer or creator marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and platform-specific best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management — able to juggle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in handling high volumes of daily email correspondence.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
