- Onsite in NYC
- 6 month contract, full time hours
- $55-65/hour
- Develop and manage marketing campaign briefs for on-air promotions across owned and paid media platforms.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator to input campaigns into internal systems, manage house numbers, and track production from start to finish.
- Maintain and update the on-air planning calendar weekly; ensure accurate internal communication with media teams to align campaign execution with strategic intent.
- Track and manage delivery of all campaign assets, ensuring they meet timelines and strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for partner marketing teams (including affiliate/distribution), overseeing asset delivery and coordinating feedback.
- Collaborate with partnerships leads on fulfillment of existing brand initiatives and coordinate with agencies on new partnership development.
- Provide general support to department leadership, including file maintenance, SharePoint organization, and administrative tasks.
- 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, promotion, or within the television/streaming content industry.
- Proven ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset when facing shifting priorities or tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of projects for various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.
