Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Care Coordination: Work with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
