Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient plans
- Provide education to patients and families on health and wellness
- Monitor and document patient progress
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
