Job Title: RN Traveler

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Travelers at Worthington Medical Center in Worthington, MN.

Key Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• At least six months of travel experience
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical diagnoses
• Develops, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Participates in shared governance activities to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
