Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is excited about integrating traditional healthcare with functional medicine principles and wants to contribute to a healthcare model focused on wellness and prevention. As a Registered Nurse at Solutions, you will play an integral role in patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrative, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Consider all elements of the patient's life to provide safe, quality, integrative care.
- Provide clinical support for shared medical visits between providers.
- Maintain provider/patient relationship through diplomatic and tactful management of patients.
- Communicates all appropriate information to the patient as directed by the provider.
- Assist with other duties as necessary for the efficient functioning of the office, such as scheduling, ordering, diagnostic procedures, medical records procedures.
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports in EMR system.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic communication with other healthcare professionals for maintaining harmonious relationships.
- Prepare Intravenous (IV) and Injectable (IM) vitamins per protocol for administration with appropriate technique.
- Collaborate with medical provider, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Assist in conducting health workshops, seminars, and group programs on functional medicine topics.
- Stay updated on functional medicine research and best practices.
Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in internal medicine, functional medicine, integrative medicine, or a related field.
- Strong interest in and passion for functional medicine, holistic health, and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
