Banking Solutions Representative - DeWitt Office
Our Banking Solutions Representatives have a passion for excellence in customer service and are focused in their goal of doing what is right for our customers. They are responsible for providing accurate high-quality customer service on both the teller and platform line. Our Mobile Banking Associates provide a complete range of customer services at all of our offices, including but not limited to, opening new accounts, explaining available products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts. They advise customers on financial services, supporting the achievement of retail sales goals, and have excellent communication skills.
