What are the responsibilities and job description for the STSC CSA/SOSIMAA Assessment Coordinator position at Solvere Technical Group?
The Solvere Technical Group is seeking an STSC CSA/SOSIMAA Assessment Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating assessment activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating communication among team members.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years full time experience in Submarine Forward Electronic Systems Acquisition and Lifecycle Support, and at least seven (7) years of general experience in Navy Program.
- Acquisition and Lifecycle Support to include the following:
- Navy Systems Requirements, Standards, and Procedures
- Navy Program Management
- Navy Configuration Management & Data Management
Responsibilities:
- Provide CSA/SOSIMAA Test Coordinator support for CSA/SOSIMAA conducted at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Electric Boat (EB) and the Groton area, in support of Code 275 Branch Manager or the assigned CSA/SOSIMAA test director and accomplish requirements in Sections 3.3 B-G and 3.4 of this PWS.
- Most of the effort will be conducted in or near Groton, CT (STSC) and Portsmouth, NH (PNSY) areas, occasional travel will be required to Norfolk, VA and Newport News, VA.
- Coordinate and de-conflict CSA and SOSIMAA testing with submarines and shipyards to minimize impact to scheduled availability delivery dates.
- When ship undocks at PNSY, meet on site with Shipyard representatives and ships force to coordinate, de-conflict, and provide input to the development of the schedule for completion of sections 9 and 10 of the approved CSAP. This will occur approximately every 4 6 weeks until the start of the SOSIMAA.
- Track and document all maintenance actions required in the CSAP.
- Provide maintenance completion updates to the MARMC Assessment Director highlighting any maintenance actions that could conflict with the SOSIMAA testing.
- Generate Dockside and at-Sea CSA Completion Messages.
Security:
- Active Secret security clearance required.
Travel:
- Travel is expected with this position.
