PRIMARY FUNCTION: To assemble, test and package Rostra Powertrain Controls products. DUTIES, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS/JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assembly, testing and packaging of electro-mechanical parts using automated and semi-automated equipment, small presses, soldering, automated computer test equipment, and hand tools. Receive verbal and written instructions, assignments and/or work authorization forms from team leader. Must have a working knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Any employee is required to perform any duties assigned by management within the physical capacity of the employee. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must be able to read and write the English language and use math skills to perform quality charts and other related duties. High School Diploma preferred.
