- Open, sort, and forward incoming packages
- Process incoming and outgoing items
- Receive packages from USPS
- Coordinate shipping with national carriers
- Process requests for all department labels
- Pick up items from Order Entry department and deliver to other areas of the facility
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to stand/walk for an hour per day and sit for up to 7 hours per day
- Strong manual dexterity for use of small hand tools and repetitive motions using both hands
- Required to use a box cutter continuously for 4 hours
- Excellent vision to read small font
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Meet personal and team efficiency goals
- Flexibility to various positions as business needs require
