Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform any or all of the following custom hearing device functions In the Ear (ITE)
- ITE/SDS Device preparation-Cut, Trim, Sanding
- ITE/SDS Lacquer and options (removal filament, removal notch, microphone screen)
- Perform any or all of the following Behind the Ear (BTE) functions
- BTE device preparation-Assembly, Service, or Serial Number Marketing
- Perform any or all of the following Sound Delivery (SDS) functions
- SDS Modifications
- SDS cShell cable installation
- Closing cShell
- SDS Connector Installation
- Other responsibilities to include:
- Faceplate preparation, digital cover customization
- Distribute production orders
- Visually inspect product, identify defects/rejects, and escalate issues as required
- Maintain workstation in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
- Perform daily workstation clean up
- Active participation in quality improvement processes
- Initiate process improvements and motivate peers to achieve team goals
- Meet established individual and team goals
Your profile:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to stand/walk for an hour per day and sit for up to 7 hours per day
- Strong manual dexterity for use of small hand tools and repetitive motions using both hands
- Excellent vision to read small font, count, verify, and audit inventory locations
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Meet personal and team efficiency goals
- Flexibility to various positions as business needs require
