Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
- Perform tasks related to medical documentation, including updating patient records accurately.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners, to assist with diagnostics and treatment planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and work areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Support pediatric patients by creating a welcoming environment and addressing their unique needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation processes.
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations and assisting techniques.
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
