Budtender Responsibilities:
- Must have open availability and be flexible.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have OMMA credentials per state law.
- Experience in a Medical Marijuana Dispensary is a plus!
- Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
- Positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a passion for Cannabis knowledge and be open to learning new things. Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system in person and for placing phone orders.
- Correct cash handling and discount application.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profile Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
Store Hours:
Monday 8:00am-10pm
Tuesday 8:00am – 10pm
Wednesday 8:00am-10pm
Thursday 8:00am-10pm
Friday 8:00am-10pm
Saturday 8:00am-10pm
Sunday 8:00am-10pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
