Who we are looking for?
We are looking to hire a highly motivated robotics operator to join our welding team. The ideal candidate will have experience with blueprints and schematics. They will also have a strong work ethic and familiarity with the robotic welding process. If your resume is selected you will be asked to come in and display your ability.
Responsibilities:
· Follow defined weld schedules.
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Set up components for welding according to the given specifications.
· Oversee the robotic welder during the automated operations.
· Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.
· Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
· Log and report any issues to your manager.
· Manage test issues as they occur.
· Assist with other department or production needs as necessary.
Job Requirements:
· General computer skills.
· 1 year of experience in robotic welding preferred.
· The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Comfortable working with others or independently.
· High level motor skills coupled with the ability to process large amounts of visual information.
Physical Demands:
· Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
· Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and
· outward frequently.
· Sit, stand, and, walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
· Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye
· protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.
Starting wage: $15-18/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm w/ 1hr lunch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
