Your Impact

· Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as needed

· Foster and develop meaningful client relationships, addressing tax issues and coordinating related entity filings

· Perform detailed reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work

· Review staff preparation of tax returns of all types

· Supervise, train, and mentor Tax Management team, conducting regular performance reviews

· Research and document complex tax issues, presenting guidance and solutions

· Communicate tax planning solutions with clients and other professionals involved in the client relationship when needed

· Communicate effectively with clients and team members on projects and deadlines

· Contribute to team efforts and participate in ongoing professional development; stay updated on tax laws and best practices

· Business development

· Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership


Your Background

· 10 years of experience in tax preparation and leadership of a tax team

· CPA or EA license

· Bachelors degree in accounting or related field

· Expertise in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

· Ability to adapt to tax law changes and provide strategic tax planning

· Proficiency in tax preparation software and related tools

· Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

· Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Analytical skills to address and resolve complex tax issues

· Full-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines

Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
