Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of staff and student
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility and are secured
- Remove trespassers when necessary
- Respond to reports of suspicious activity
- Report on daily activities and any security incidents
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Security Agent or in a similar position is preferred
- Valid PERC card
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
- Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Pass a background check
