Duties

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage territory sales by effectively planning and executing sales strategies tailored to specific markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
