We are looking for motivated self-starter to take ownership of Project Accounting to support Project Managers.
Project Ownership includes:
- Accounts Receivable
- Prime Contract Administration
- Contract and Billing Terms
- NTO Filing
- AIA billings to customers
- Collections Through Lien Preparation
- Accounts Payable
- Sub-Subcontract Administration
- Sub-Subcontractor AIA billings
- Purchase Orders
Ideally, this position would be the lead in the AP function company-wide.

- Project Budget Management
- Job Cost Reporting & Variance Analysis

Job Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 2 years of Sage 100 Contractor experience.
- 2 years Construction Accounting experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
