Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)
Full time, Part time or PRN work available
- 1 year Hospice nursing experience required.
- Registered Nurses are paid per admission.

Our Admission’s Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for:
- Patient assessment regarding eligibility
- Completion of required comprehensive documentation
- Initial plan of care
- Required teaching of patient and family
- Making patient visits in the absence of an admission as needed
