A Business Deposit Services Specialist to join our team! As a Business Deposit Services Specialist you will support, monitor, and service the needs of internal and external business accounts and activities. In this role you have the knowledge of as well as promote Sound’s Business Deposit Services products and product offerings. You will be the point of contact for both internal and external Business Deposit Services support. Additionally, you will construct, implement, and maintain Business Online Banking. As a Business Deposit Services Specialist you may support cannabis related business (CRB) accounts.

As a Business Deposit Services Specialist you will…
- Build and maintain relationships with Business Services members by offering support via email, phone, or in person.
- Act as an internal resource for other departments with questions relating to business deposit services.
- Complete daily approvals for Automated Clearing House (ACH) at scheduled cut off times.
- Obtain the proper documentation for ACH, RDC, and wire approvals.
- Set-up and maintain all Business Online Banking Accounts; including those with ACH, RDC, and wires.
- Maintain Annual Reviews of Business Services, and/or CRB accounts as needed.
- Review/manage daily activity and reports, such as: IOLTA reports, risk management requests, business account overdrafts, closed business accounts and others, as needed.
- Maintain business account equipment and associated marketing inventory.
- Balance and submit IOLTA report monthly.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…
- Two years of experience in finance operations required.
- Emphasis in managing business accounts preferred; experience in cash management preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Your compensation:
At Sound Credit Union we believe in paying our employees a fair and living wage. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s prior experience and education level as it pertains to their role. This strategy promotes a talented and empowering work environment that we hope you will be a part of! Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates, which allows us to offer merit-based salary increases.
Minimum: $22.69
Midpoint: $28.37
Maximum: $34.04
Your hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
This position is eligible for full time remote work.
