Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with excellent customer service.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic, including answering phones, filing documents, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that the space is safe and welcoming for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- No experience required ! We will provide 1 week paid training in our Riverhead Office, before integrating you into our Medford Office.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.04 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
