Description
Assist the Program Management team with coordinating various program and launch tasks and keeping them well organized. Schedule and run planning meetings and communicate changes to project plans effectively and in a timely manner.
Assist in legacy product line maintenance through the management of the Focus Factory and be responsible for various reporting duties and other clerical work as assigned.

- Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
- Creates, reviews and develops project plans and proposals, then works with cross functional teams to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases, milestones, and elements of the project. Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
- Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the engineering project requirements. This includes but is not limited to DFM, Design Reviews, FMEA, and Pilot Build Events.
- Oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication.
- Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocates and tracks project resources appropriately. Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects. This may include burn down charts on projects.
- Presents procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing procedures. Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Creates inter-project daily countermeasure plans as required to address risk and unplanned events.
- Promptly follow up on customer requests in coordination with the program team
- Coordinate with Business Controller to create and maintain pre-production BOM’s.
- Draft accurate ECN’s and follow them through to their completion.
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge in engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personnel management
- Must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. He or she Should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and smaller projects and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Teams and Share Point desired.
- Requires analytical and mathematical skills, quick thinking, and a solid understanding of the main principles of engineering.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education.
- Self-directed and proven ability to solve technical issues using data and sound troubleshooting principles to derive decisions.
- Understanding of A3 problem solving process desired.
- Computer skills – Windows Office Suite, Project management software tools; MS Project

Physical/Mental/Sensory Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to stand and sit for various length of time.
- Able to bend/twist and reach.
- Working Condition - Mostly office environment including:
- Light Manufacturing Environment
- Little to Medium noise level
- Moderate temperature ranges
Minimum Requirements
- (Education, Experience, and Certification): Significant experience in managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously is a must.
- A two-year degree as a minimum is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
