Billing Clerk (Transportation)
South Bay Auto Auction is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, billing clerk to join our transportation department. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, ability to organize, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Creating invoices and credit memos
- Data Entry and Scanning
- Audit data input for accuracy of final bill
- Follow up on bills and necessary missing paperwork
- Maintain daily billing reports
- Daily audit of unbilled loads
- Process incoming payments and billings
- Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
- Assist with additional clerical functions
Skills/Qualities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task

- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
