Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Bend, IN, for a Kindergarten Teacher for the academic year 2025-2026. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching and engaging young learners, assessing student progress, and collaborating with fellow educators and staff. Day-to-day tasks include creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, providing individualized instruction based on student needs, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education
- Proven ability in Teaching and Training young children
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant teaching certifications and a background in early childhood education
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Experience in working with diverse student populations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
