South Central Bank, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Service Certified Banker Level 3 in their Owensboro Market. Service Certified Banker III (S.C.B. Level III) position is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a timely manner related to all phases of customer service and processing transactions. Routinely handles customer questions, inquiries, or problems regarding products, services, or accounts. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and future customers by being knowledgeable on all deposit products to include online products. Interpersonal and good communication skills are imperative.
The requirement of the position are:
- High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred
- Experience with cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Teller Experience
- New Accounts Experience
