What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Family-centered Coaching Team position at South Central Community Action Programs?

Starting salary is $45,000 to $50,000 per year based on education and experience (salaried expectation at 36 hours per week). Four-day work week possible.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Development, or a related field and minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in family development, community development, or related fields and experience leading a team with the ability to use a coaching model that motivates, equips and positions others to develop and grow. Committed to SCCAP’s mission and mission impact. Understands and demonstrates cultural humility and advancing equity and inclusion in all aspects of the work. Familiarity with utilizing a Family Centered Coaching Model, using strength-based, and empowerment models of practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including having a flexible mindset and an ability to think creatively to transform problems into opportunities.
