Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Program Director (PD) or Director of Operations, the Admissions/Senior Admissions Officer, Graduate Programs oversees all Admissions responsibilities for the graduate program in conjunction with the Admissions Committee.
The Graduate Admissions/Senior Graduate Admissions Officer is responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction for the department by facilitating the recruitment and selection of qualified graduate applicants for admission. They, along with the Dean, the Director of Operations, and the Data Manager will determine the strategic directions and objectives of the admissions department.
The Graduate Admissions/Senior Graduate Admissions Officer leads admissions functions, strategies, and procedures to handle the assessment of applications and ensures all strategic targets and metrics are in line for each incoming class. The position is also responsible for completing appropriate follow-up with prospective students to maximize successful completion of acceptance in the graduate program. In addition, this position focuses on supporting the program’s diverse culture, quality standards, and reputation.

Requirements
Education
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in admissions and recruiting. -Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Campus Vue, and Salesforce. -Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures -Fluency in English including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Good communication and organizational skills -Work independently as well as in a team environment
