Situated in the nationally designated city of Delray Beach, the Center provides a broad spectrum of inpatient and outpatient care to clients and their families in surrounding communities.
PURPOSE
Monitors medical practices at South County Mental Health Center to make sure they follow the standards of the healthcare systems and organizations to improve the outcomes of the patients and allow the center to achieve measurable results.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Alert Leadership to trends and issues that arise from monitoring activities.
- Attend Quality Improvement Meetings.
- Prepare and submit Outcome Measures to funding sources.
- Monitor joint commission requirements and initiates.
- Coordinate required training at the Center, including Web-in-service trainings.
- Prepare annual and monthly staff training calendars.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
- Minimum Associates degree in Human Services.
