What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adoption Counselor position at South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter?

Seeking a dedicated and responsible bilingual individual with a positive attitude who can communicate respectfully with customers, fellow staff & volunteers. Team player with the ability to be a self starter, ability to problem solve, deescalate situations, and handle a fast paced & demanding workload is a must. Attention to detail required for creating/maintaining accurate records, taking payments and computer software/data entry. Job duties include answering multi-line phone system, relaying messages & important information to fellow staff, regular handling of pets (mainly dogs & cats).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
