- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm sales appointment
- Follow up with customers promptly and professionally

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Work closely with the sales and management teams
Requirements
- Previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred
