Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Office Staff Member at our busy sports complex. This customer-facing role requires a fast-paced, go-getter attitude with strong multitasking abilities. You will be the first point of contact for families and guests visiting the complex for games, birthday parties, and other events. The ideal candidate should excel in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and Triage Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls, direct them to appropriate staff, and provide information to customers about events, scheduling, and services.
- Customer Service: Greet families and guests as they arrive, assist with check-ins, answer questions, and provide general assistance for events such as games, birthday parties, and other activities.
- Event Coordination: Assist with event logistics and ensure that all parties, games, and events are running smoothly. Provide support to event organizers and guests.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing guest inquiries, phone calls, and customer check-ins during peak times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and events.
- Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Ensure the front office and lobby areas are tidy and organized, creating a positive first impression for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and in-person customer interactions.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to work weekdays & weekends (9 AM - 3 PM weekdays, 8 AM - 12 PM weekends).
- Positive attitude, team player, and a proactive problem-solver.
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
